its been a long time since i did the prayers for sucha long duration - 30 mins :D
it feels quite great
after the prayer,
had a great chat with sis audrey and co
they inspired me with alots of new things i've nvr know
they guided me the several paths i could chose to go
i sure need it so much
its really a very great time chatting with them
audrey sis even did a bowen therapy, which she learnt from an australian, for me,
as she heard abt my injury on th back
can feel those lil small vibrations in some parts of the body
how cool ~
i feels damn relaxed after th therapy !
i really gain alot of inspirations after th chats with them (:
